Strip Club with Private Rooms

book a private room at 23 Paul Street

Booking a private room at a strip club in London offers a different experience from simply arriving for drinks and spending the evening in the main room. If you are considering a private room strip club experience in central London, it helps to know what the setting is like, how the experience works, and how it can suit a solo visit as well as a larger celebration.

At 23 Paul Street, we offer a more intimate alternative to the traditional strip club experience. Our venue is set within an Edwardian townhouse in the City of London, with private rooms located away from the main bar. The focus is on privacy, a bespoke vibe and one-to-one entertainment rather than a busy stage-led environment.

Our rooms are beautiful, riotous combinations of art, William Morris wallpaper, vintage Chesterfield sofas and a Youtube-powered karaoke TV set amongst an array of festival sunglasses, amusing hats and feather boas.

Guests often find themselves having a LOT more fun than they expected; you never realise how good your voice sounds with autotune until you have a go!

If you’re visiting us late at night looking for somewhere to carry on a party one of our private rooms will be exactly what you’re looking for. A space of your own to play your favourite tunes, own the space, dance around and create your own atmosphere.

How a Private Dance Works at 23 Paul Street

A private dance here starts with conversation rather than a sales pitch. Your host will ask about your preferences and offer to introduce you to performers, giving you time to meet people, chat and discover a natural connection. If you decide to continue the experience privately, you can head upstairs together to one of the rooms.

At 23 Paul Street the journey upwards through our beautiful house is part of the experience. Your host will guide you up an art-filled staircase to one of our individually designed, eclectically decorated rooms, where the focus shifts from the wider atmosphere of the venue to privacy, waiter service and your own private party.

Privacy, Etiquette, and Boundaries

We are a no-contact establishment.

This means that the guest may not touch the performer at any point during a performance or visit. The performer may make non-sexual contact with you in the course of spending time together but privacy does not equal permission.

Physical boundaries during a private experience are set by the performer and must always be respected. A private dance is still a performance, so guests should never assume that moving to a private room changes those boundaries. Our approach is centred on respectful interaction, with performers remaining in control of the experience.

Good etiquette is straightforward. Treat performers with respect, ask rather than assume, and follow any guidance given by our hosts or management. If you are unsure about something, asking is always the better option.

This fits with the wider culture we maintain at 23 Paul Street, where performers are respected as individuals with personality and control rather than simply part of a stage show. The performers are the club and the house is theirs.

Hosted private experiences are our specialty. Our hosts move constantly between private rooms, ensuring impeccable service during your bespoke experience away from the main bar. Hosts and management are always nearby to help guests understand how the venue works, particularly if it is your first visit. If you have questions before arriving, you can contact our team to learn more about the experience.

Transparent Pricing for Private Rooms and Dances

At 23 Paul Street, transparent pricing is part of the experience, helping you understand your options without feeling pressured into making a decision. Our hosts provide a menu when you arrive and explain how everything works, so you can choose what suits you. The menu is hosted on our website and prices never deviate from what is advertised.

Uniquely, we only require that guests pay for the immediate hour ahead, we do not take payment for “blocks” of hours. This way you can manage your experience as the evening progresses. The host will always check in just before the end of your hour to ask if you’d like to renew or wander back down to the cocktail bar.

You can view our current prices before your visit on our menu to get a better idea of what experiences and drinks cost. If you are planning an evening for more than two people, our team can also help arrange the right experience for your group.

Choosing a Private Room in Shoreditch Over a Standard Visit

A private room offers a chance to construct your own evening. You choose your companion(s), your music, your drinks and your energy. Our objective is to help you create a memorably fun experience with the atmosphere of a billionaire’s houseparty rather than a few hours spent in a tired booth. You – or your group – will feel like you’ve bagged a party space in a boutique hotel as you line up your favourite playlists and belt out the George Michael song you know every lyric to.

Our location also plays a part. Based at 23 Paul Street in the City of London, close to Shoreditch, we offer a chic alternative to the conventional nightclub setting. Our Edwardian townhouse, William Morris bedecked rooms, amber-lit interiors, and electric basement cocktail bar create an atmosphere that feels sophisticated and “boujee” rather than crowded, cookie-cutter or transactional.

Private rooms are perfect for solo visits as well as celebrations and group occasions. Whether you are planning a birthday, a stag night, or simply want a more private evening, our stunning rooms give you the flexibility to enjoy your visit with the exact energy that suits the occasion.

Private Room Strip Club: FAQs

At 23 Paul Street, private rooms are located upstairs, away from the basement cocktail bar. Unlike a traditional strip club, there is no stage or standard private dance booth. The rooms are rich environments that provide a more personal setting where the focus is on fun, conversation, connection, and bespoke entertainment.

Nothing sexual of course. The experience is designed to feel like the best private afterparty you could ever stumble into. After making connections in the cocktail bar, moving on to a room is the logical progression where the performers can show you a little bit of what we mean when we say “our house, your party”.

As there is no stage show at 23 all dances are by definition private. A taster is about the length of a song and takes place immediately above the cocktail bar on the ground floor. All periods of 30 minutes or more progress to a private room where you are seated, drinks are served, entertainment is finetuned and your companion entertains you. The best times are had when you are relaxed, have a sense of humour and keep your hands to yourself!

You may not touch the performers who retain complete autonomy over their bodies. Our guests understand this and we very rarely have to explain boundaries but are always nearby to ensure both guest and performer feel safe to enjoy their time together in the best possible atmosphere.

Each floor has two or three gorgeous rooms linked by a central corridor with half-glazed double doors. These doors are kept closed as your host can see in to ensure you are well taken care of. So your space is completely yours as you are waited on with the highest levels of service. For your protection all spaces are covered by CCTV.

The cost is not for the room itself but for the performers time per hour. Thus the bill will depend on how many performers may be with you or your group and how long you spend together. To get a clearer idea please refer to our prices here.

Yes, we welcome both individual guests and most group sizes with the townhouse offering several distinct rooms across its floors. Larger parties can be arranged in advance so our team knows your group size and can help organise an appropriate experience for the evening.
